• Handling incoming and outgoing packages from clients that include plate, assets, references, cameras, etc.• Sorting client packages and ingesting in Shot Grid with all the appropriate information.• Sending shots to the overseas branch (India & Macedonia) and coordinating with them regarding any queries and information on the material.• Follow up with the overseas branch on the shot status.• Coordinate with HOP for all the branch schedules.• Manage the artists and make sure they are available on priority work.• Ensure all employees are doing the time logs, and keep following up until it’s done.

• Import all incoming material from clients, • Sorting and organize client’s packages based on data, file type, and uploading references on Shotgun• Maintain an accurate and up to date database using Assets (IO) Incoming Outgoing tracker • Prepare an Assets package for the client delivery (Outgoing)• Adding clients' notes to the Shotgun.

Clients: Emami Ltd. All Brands • Making TV Plans & scheduling the same as per the client's objectives. • Providing weekly reports on channels performances to clients • Work well with media vendors to accomplish campaign objectives and goals. • Coordination with Client & other functional teams to execute campaigns as per deadlines. • Reporting Planned vs. Actual figures attained in a particular campaign.

• Making Release Orders.• Ensuring smooth flow of campaign by monitoring on regular basis and managing makegoods. • Co-ordinating with Channels & keeping track of the activity.
