In my current role, I lead programs and Agile teams with multi million dollar budget. In this role, I served as Scrum Master for Agile projects, partnering with product owner to coordinate product development. I oversaw migration of client-server applications to Cloud, including Tender Option Bonds and Auction Market Preferred Stocks. I led all aspects of program management, including development of project plans and timelines, FSD/use case documents review, white boarding design sessions, and drafting standards documents for DB per corporate standards. To promote efficient development processes, I reviewed code and test cases, test specification documents, and results with SQA lead. Contributed toward issue/risk escalation, mitigation proposals. In addition, I oversaw development projects for specific program, including many sub-projects. Drove success of numerous enhancements in close collaboration with business units. Gathered requirements and effectively aligned resources with each project. Managed delivery and provided in-depth status reports. My team achieved award-winning performance on a complex conversion project (transaction processing) involving meticulous coordination by eight teams that generated millions of dollars in revenue.

My leadership of nine team members on a complex project generated over $7 to $8 million in savings.
