Hosting parties, managing events, cooking elaborate dinners are some of my favorite jobs in the world. I love organizing on behalf of others, it calms me down. When arranging I frequently have to deal with short-term crises and juggle many balls. But, solving a problem excites me as it gives me the opportunity to bring structure into the world. Often solutions are simple but identifying the right question is hard. Clarity is the key to solving a crisis, conflict or underperformance within a business setting. Clarity comes by listening to all the parties involved in the situation. As an active and empathetic listener and adept questioner, I collect data, facts, and opinions; analyze them and find positive solutions which give businesses an edge over their competition. I enjoy introspecting to speculate about the outcomes. One thing that has constantly helped me in doing this is that I love putting others at the center of what I do.
