• Designed and conducted cellular and chemical investigations around small molecules, with a focus on targeted protein degradation, including:
• engineering cell lines using lentiviral transduction (knock-out cells, various reporter cell lines),
• High throughput cellular assays (mitochondria function, transcriptional activation, protein degradation),
• Multi-omics studies for drug targets and interactors in collaboration with external facilities, (TPP, global proteomics, genetic screens)
• designing and testing compound libraries,
• coordinate projects with external CROs (WuXi AppTec),

• Investigated drug-like molecules towards potential applications in cancer with a focus on the pleiotropic effects of targeted protein degradation in cells, particularly the splicing factor RBM39, with research including:
• the synthesis, purification and characterization of compounds (RP/NP chromatography, preparative HPLC, UPLC-MS, NMR),
• SAR studies and compound screens,
• a variety of cellular assays and phenotypic screens (cell viability, cell cycle, protein degradation),
• common biochemical studies used in molecular biology,
• analysis of big omics datasets including graphical representations (Dash, Python, R),
