In an effort to computerize the current endeavors and improve the company hierarchy, we have been trying to use modern approaches in computer science and machine learning approaches for the betterment of various company services. SoSome of the efforts include:- Design and develop machine learning algorithms to be used within the company's data repositories.- Discover, design, and develop analytical methods to support novel approaches to data and related information processing.- Design and develop novel algorithms suited to company needs.- Perform explanatory data analysis.- Generate and test working hypotheses.- Prepare and analyze historical data and identify patterns in collected data.- Provide technical support for program management and business development activities including proposal writing and customer development.- Manage knowledge sharing within the company.

Work closely with a team of psychologists to re-designing assessment tests for clients with different age groups and educational backgrounds. Gained interest in working directly with clients to enhance the test design for better results by participating in group therapy sessions as a co-facilitator. This shift provided better access to information, create complete case reports for clients and enhanced the ability to classify and design treatments and methods of communication.

Collaborating on several projects in assisting with multi-stakeholder meetings, participatory monitoring, and evaluation processes, and developing minutes of the meetings. Also, the work involved translation of community reports for updating the global website or preparing media products in close collaboration with the project team for sharing in two languages. Providing input for follow-up reports by involvement between the project office, the communities, and the scientists were required. I became familiar with facilitation techniques and participatory processes as part of projects.

This project aimed to train and assess field medics and convert the traditional paper-based assessment system to online collocation and management of training modules, and the related tracking system for reflection in the employee performance files. The designed package was recognized as an innovation that was shared in regional meetings as part of good practice for the new business environments.

I was in charge of graphic design for the advertising purpose of this magazine, along with the translation of several psychologies, mental health, and yoga-related articles.
