In charge of 2 teams of IT champs, touching automation, A.I. learning, security and online services. Main task being at the heart of daily operations, planning and budget on. I also act as a bridge between the teams, the organisation and our partners/clients.

Act as the liaison between the Development Teams and the client, responsible for coordinating the efforts in order to ensure a final product that respects the proposed scope, budget and deadline.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:* Coordinate between internal teams and third parties* Work with several teams (design, programming, art and QA) to implement a viable production plan* Prepare and maintain deadlines and budgets* Proactively identify potential problems and implement creative solutions* Communicate risks, advantages and recommendations to upper management* Ensure tasks are completed on time and comply with quality standards* Supervise the creative (art and design) and technical (programming) development of a game* Oversee quality assurance (tests)* Process change requests* Supervise on a daily basis and motivate the team members assigned to the project

RESPONSIBILITIESSUPERVISE TESTING OPERATIONS:• Ensures that projects start on time, with the required resources (material and human) and resolve and communicate any conflicts to the appropriate people;• Clarify processes and procedures for managing projects and coordination in cases where these are unclear and improve them in due time;• Efficiently make use of each team member's talents and skills for both intra- and inter-unit projects; • Hold individual meetings to transmit and gather information, give positive feedback, find solutions, discuss resource performance, etc;• Advocate inter-unity collaboration to enrich the organizations knowledge capital, share best practices and create inovative solutions. MANAGE HUMAN RESOURCES ACCORDING TO HR POLICIES AND PROCEDURES:• Hold team meetings to kick off projects, guide performances, announce changes, promote useful project-oriented values, share results, find solutions, etc.;• Ensure that new employees are well integrated into the team and informed of their conditions and work environment;• Apply internal policies and improve them in due time;• Keep employees motivated and involved;• Document and update employee files.MANAGE A PORTFOLIO OF CLIENT ACCOUNTS: • Measure and document client satisfaction via a report and address any discrepancies;• Advise and inform clients during each project;• Prepare well-structured service offers, adapted to the client's needs and profitable for the company;• Manage projects according to project management procedures including the preparation, planning, follow-up, control and post-mortem of projects;• Regularly analyze project management results based on production reports and methodology and management indicators – budget, deadline;• Identify, analyze, communicate and address discrepancies in project results.

Pure Creation holds all the intellectual property that Seen Justice has worked on for the past 23 years. It develops games, books and eventually TV shows around the VDimension universe, which is the main asset of the company. Since this universe is too big just for one studio to exploit it, we sold licences to other gaming or TV studio who would like to develop a project using the VDimension lore. All the work done was supervised by Seen Justice to ensure consistency.The first project using the VDimension lore is going to be released in 2017, under the form of a collectible board game. It took over 10 years of development and focus group with elite developers to bring this breath taking game to life, which will no doubt become a flag ship of its genre.Although Seen Justice is the majority share holder of Pure Creation, his involvement with the development of creative content for VDimension has ended in April 2016.

The project still being under a NDA, there's only a limited amount of information I can display here. Suffice to say that it will be one of the most unique project I've been involved with, on which I'll be very proud to have my name on!
