Claudette has 22 years corporate experience as a Senior Strategist, Coach and Mentor working across Financial Organisations, Governments, Private Enterprises, Retails and Not-For-Profit Organisations. From the beginning of Claudette‟s career, leadership development captured her heart, mind and soul. She believes that we lead from the essence of "who‟ and "what‟ we are.
