My journey into technology consulting has been anything but typical and it’s shaped my passion for resolving complex problems. Serving at my home church is where I learned the importance of mission-driven work and creating community-centered solutions. From there, I moved into theatre production and refined my ability to deliver results creatively under pressure. After roles in SaaS product support and client management, I transitioned to Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BCDR) sales, where I developed a strong appreciation for resilience in technology strategy. Now, as a Technical Account Manager, I bring the knowledge gained from these experiences together to create strategic, tailored solutions for my clients.I specialize in developing technology roadmaps that not only solve immediate issues—like productivity loss, aging infrastructure, and security vulnerabilities—but also equip my clients for long-term growth and success. My approach is consultative and client-centered: I listen to understand each client’s unique goals and pain points, then deliver impactful solutions that make a measurable difference. With expertise in cybersecurity, cloud migration (Azure), SaaS, digital transformation, Identity and Access Management (IAM), Microsoft 365, and financial planning for technology investments; I help clients build resilient, scalable, and forward-looking technology ecosystems.
