An experienced business analyst in delivering challenging projects outcomes and a sharp eye for detail, with the ability to foster quality relationships and adapt to change.Key Achievements:Gathered business requirements and captured process flow for the new trading system and also documented the procedure guide for Credit Risk, Market Risk and Treasury Business in CBH Group, Perth.Completed an Internal productivity project in Westpac on Report rationalisation by reducing time spent on reports creations and its usage by using DMAIC process and creating Process Improvement Procedure guides which business can use to reduce waste, rework, changing report content to suit stakeholders and reformatting by which I achieved my Six Sigma Green Belt Certification for this project (Total Cost 300K and saving 2m per year).Completed gathering business requirements for Credit Risk Business in Westpac Institutional Bank and created a AS IS document and a TO BE document for implementing a new Credit Risk Engine which can be given to vendors who can provide us the suitable product and completed the process flow from capturing customer when he comes into Westpac and how the customer’s credit is captured and monitored through the current Credit risk system.
