Using machine learning and biometrics technology to verify identities at scale, our mission is to bring the world's legal identities safely online. Establishing and leading a group consisting of 3 product teams, I oversee the overall roadmap of our Input Capture Software Development Kits (SDKs), which allow clients to integrate an ID document and selfie capture UI into their own mobile/web user onboarding process for regulatory requirement and fraud prevention.Focusing on creating a world-class user experience, coupled with market-leading ML-based image analysis techniques, I have successfully taken the product from alpha to its current exponential growth phase. Reducing input quality failures by more than 40% to bring the best user onboarding success, the SDKs are used by over 85% of Onfido's clients including Revolut, Zipcar, Bitstamp, along with a large number of enterprise financial institutions, to verify the identities of 200k+ individuals worldwide everyday.As a strong believer in inclusive product design and equal access, not only did I roll out accessibility support across the SDK product, I also passionately champion the importance of accessibility across Onfido. Furthermore, a whitepaper that I co-authored allowed us to share our experience with the wider industry - Onfido was awarded "Outstanding Leader in Accessibility" at CogX 2020.Last but not least, I am passionate about doing our bit for the environment. Outside my immediate product role, I kickstarted Onfido's "carbon net zero" effort, eventually leading to the executive team signing off on Onfido's net zero targets (STBi-based) and committing resources and investment to ensure those are met.

In Q1 2016, I led the product development of a new version of our Extractor tool enabling the company to shift towards a new SaaS-based business, from previously an enterprise-focused model. Working with our highly cross-functional team, I took the product from initial concept testing to launch with a very aggressive timeframe. During the first month, with constant post-launch analysis and feature iterations, we ensured that the company met both its usage as well as revenue targets.
