Serve as the internal leader of the business by leading and managing the department heads providing a strong daily leadership presence. Responsible for driving the company to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, cash flow and business goals objectives. Responsible to develop and implement performance measurements evaluations that support the business goals.

Planning and organizing accommodation, catering and other hotel services, managing budgets and financial plans as well as controlling expenditure. Recruiting, training and monitoring staff. Manage and maintain the administration of all reservations, cancellations and no-shows, in line with company policy. Complete all daily administration tasks as required.
