- Coordinate and promote alumni activities, including gathering and sharing information through reports, social media, and meetings;- Manage and update alumni data in the official database, track and report on activity budgets, and handle alumni funds in accordance with financial procedures;- Support and develop a network of city/university representatives, assist with grant proposals, and facilitate alumni engagement and participation;- Organize and facilitate alumni meetings, Reentry Seminars, and coordinate with local Embassy contacts to support program objectives.

- Assist with the organization and reporting of YES alumni activities on a monthly basis;- Communicate regularly with American Councils offices;- Provide information on alumni and alumni activities to American Councils.

- Actively promoting the program's mission of identifying and supporting promising young individuals;- Instilling a sense of service and learning among the potential participants;- Promotion of need-based scholarships, mentorship opportunities, networking, access to career development initiatives, and the potential for additional funding for Rise Global Winners dedicated to addressing humanity's most pressing problems.

- Collaborate with the President and other board members on external communications;- Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies;- Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team;- Assist in planning and executing strategies for external outreach and partner engagement.

- Assistance in the work tasks of the IDUEP project team;- Support in the realization of project activities from the scope of work of the Institute;- Preparation of schedules and documents, entering data and maintaining a calendar of activities;- Preparation of materials for the promotion of the Institute on social media and the website of the Institute.

- Assisting the TLAS staff on the services provided to the clients;- Assisting the lawyers during the court procedures;- Drafting and preparing simple legal petition or application for the clients in the direct supervision of TLAS lawyers or counselors;- Assisting in the administrative well-functioning of the office;- Actively participating in the "Street Law" activities in Tirana District and other Districts of Albania;- Participating in project activities organized by TLAS.
