As a Senior Art Director, I played a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity and creative direction of our agency's work for top-tier pharmaceutical and biotech clients. I was responsible for developing innovative and impactful social media creative that captured attention, drove engagement, and delivered results. During my tenure I designed 100's of posts, carousels, reels, stories, and videos earning 1000's of impressions, views and likes. Success in this role included both creating and following brand guides & design systems; keeping timelines on track with Project Managers, all levels of account stakeholders and MLR process drivers; critical organization of files and formats-managing multiple rounds and versions.Additionally, as a mentor to junior designers I provided guidance and support in both technical and creative aspects of design.
