Responsible for providing overall support to the day-to-day operations of the HR department. Carries out responsibilities for the following functional areas: Payroll, Benefits, Staffing, HRIS, On-boarding and Off boarding.

• Greeting all visitors and directing them appropriately, as well as, disallowing persons not permitted to be in the office. • Posting and tracking to various job boards/sources maintaining tracking of inquiries/applications.• Ensuring that a constant flow of new individuals are applying for positions to do prescreening. This includes meeting a desired quantity as set up by management. • Prescreening applicants for qualifications associated with open positions within our company.• Contacting qualified applicants for interview scheduling and relaying job information over the phone.• Sending follow-up emails/letters for applicants that did not meet requirements.• Verification of all employment references for all 2nd interviews. This includes accurate record keeping on reasons for denial. Print and ready new hire packets – paperwork, scripts and employee handbooks.• Receiving and sending all digital faxes for the Tempe office. Sending notice of any failed faxes as needed.• Completing additional errands or tasks for members of management/HR. This could include time sensitive tasks as well as tasks that are specific to my particular skill set.
