Whilst being a CTO and a Senior Technical Consultant, I have utilised my interpersonal skills by collaborating with clients, management, senior stakeholders and partners.I have a strong passion for improving the ways in which the teams work, and it is because of this that I have a keen interest in Agile lean development. I make it my mission to help mentor and coach those who I work alongside, and help direct them to deliver well built and maintainable apps within budget and on time. I have learnt a lot from my experiences over the years and have picked up methods and techniques crucial to helping me be the hard working and effective technologist I am here today.
