General management of the Supply Chain Academy Centre of Excellence and three (3) Satellite Regional Centres (West, North and East), responsible for a stimulated learning environment for the development of technical and functional competencies of all Supply Chain employees in the company.The role is also responsible for management of the company’s traineeship programme for young Supply Chain management and non-management talent, required to satisfy Supply Chain human capital needs for the realization of the company’s short and long term strategic ambitions.

Develops and Administers training programs for employees in the functional areas Packaging, Utilities, Brewing and Maintenance. Assesses from time to time the training and development needs, helping individuals and groups develop skills and knowledge required to support the overall business objectives and ambitions. Creates training manuals and documentations required for effective delivery in a most conducive learning environment. Monitors training for effectiveness vis-à-vis on the job application and achievement of predetermined learning objectives.

Monitors and coordinates the activities involving Spare Parts (company wide) and advice management on all issues relating to Spare Parts purchase, storage and usages. In addition to spare parts related activities, also the Business Process Owner of SAP PM with the add on responsibilty of supporting the business in the effective usage of SAP PM.
