Performance of analytical laboratory test on raw materials using chemicals such as : Ethyl acetate...and others.Online monitoring to ensure that packaging products meets set requirements and specifications.Evaluation of cured samples and release for further processing.Generating new Packaging products in response to briefs. Release and rejection of batches.Producing samples to try out different materials and designs. recording, analysing and distributing statistical information.Communicate all pertinent quality issues to the Quality Assurance Manager.Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time.Assist in the Completion of internal quality audits to ensure compliance with the company's quality policy and procedures and any corrective actions.Full and prompt investigation of issues and implementation of Corrective and preventative actions (CAPA).

Ensures that procedures are carried out carefully and accurately toeliminate errors.* Preparing quality reports, including analytical reports (for raw materials and finished products), Certificate of Analysis (coa) for (finished products) and stability reports.* Sampling and testing of raw materials using sophisticated analytical equipments.* Effectively communicate and document all major quality problems to respective individuals and ensure closure on resolution.* Expedite daily production output by assuring timely flow of all quality control checks and corrections.* Monitor and checking of incoming raw materials from other companies.* Manage Samples, ensures they are properly taken, stored and shiped to the lab or other facility in the appropriate time frame for testing.

* Quality control testing and inspection experience in Printing, Lamination, Slitting, Pouch, Cutting and Blown Films..* Approve batches, incoming raw materials and routine analysis of different Samples to classify their physical and chemical identity.* Ability to perform analysis from the following analytical equipment.COF tester, Soap analysis test, Gsm test, Sealing strength, Bond, Opacity, etc...* Ensures that all work meets applicable QA/QC guidelines.* Identification of all flexible materials...Bopp, CPP, polyester, aluminium foil, pearlized Bopp, Matt Bopp, white Bopp, natural poly..etc.* Checking the un winding direction of Startup product, the text matter, to match customer bromide and cylinder proof,* Matching of Colour shades* Identification of printing defects... mottling, cylinder dents, damages, cylinder scratches, pin holes, pittings, printing line,Off registration.etc* Ensures that all records and documentation are accurate and in compliance with applicable regulations.* Ability to work independently, with limited required direction and guidance.
