As part of my role, I conducted thorough client file audits to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. I prepared laminated client pictures for medication cabinets, enhancing workflow efficiency and medication safety. I also developed and managed documentation for OCF-18 claims, maintaining accuracy and adherence to regulations.My responsibilities included preparing mailing materials, scheduling clinicians using Microsoft Excel, and updating client information sheets with standardized templates. I organized and labeled binders and files for accreditation inspections, contributing to a well-structured and professional audit process.Through this experience, I gained valuable insights into the organization's operations and Accreditation Canada’s standards, which deepened my understanding of healthcare administration and quality assurance. This role honed my organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to effectively collaborate within a regulated environment.

The role entails a wide range of tasks, from basic to difficult to hazardous. These may include clearing and preparing a site; building scaffolds, barricades, bracing, and other structures; and operating concrete mixers, jackhammers, saws, drills, and more.
