Consultancy services include redesigning entire recruitment functions, providing expertise in the creation of strategic workforce plans, advising and influencing hiring managers and strategy, being part of interview panels and liaising with various stakeholders to control the full recruitment process for the firms. I also have a proven solid track of record of high volume recruitment, CTH, TTH, reducing/improving these significantly for our clients as well as various other key recruiting metrics.
