I began my entrepreneurial journey in 1997, starting with a computer repair and networking service that evolved into retail and various e-commerce ventures. In June 2013, I transitioned to focus full-time on Velocity Technologies, Inc., where I now lead a versatile team delivering comprehensive software and technology solutions across multiple industries.As the CEO, my role is deeply hands-on, encompassing project management, client consultation, and daily collaboration with our developers and business analysts. I am actively involved in project scoping, statement of work development, and ensuring alignment with client needs. In addition to strategic leadership and financial oversight, I am committed to the operational excellence of our projects. I guide our team in formulating and implementing innovative solutions, fostering an environment that encourages continuous improvement and excellence.My strategic responsibilities include overseeing the complete operation of the organization, adapting our approach to maintain competitive advantage, and driving growth. Engagement with the local and state community is also a key aspect of my role. I represent Velocity Technologies in civic and professional associations, staying attuned to industry developments and opportunities. Provided leadership in high-level and detailed design deliverables for technical architecture and systems integration, serving over 1,800 customers with approximately $900M in annual revenue. Architected, implemented, and supported technical solutions, consulting with all levels from front-line employees to C-Suite executives across FedEx’s operating companies.Designed and implemented integrations with ERP, WMS, CRM, OMS, and E-Commerce systems, ranging from legacy to modern API interfaces. Employed a holistic business consulting approach, contributing to the FedEx portfolio's services and capabilities.Highly regarded for contributions, receiving multiple awards including FedEx "Bravo Zulu," ACE Award, and General Motors 5-Star award. Recognized by the FedEx Board of Directors with stock options. Approved for early retirement on May 31, 2013, to focus on a business venture.

Owned and operated Brew Supplies Direct, a retail and online store providing supplies for home brewers and winemakers. Managed all aspects of the business, including online and physical store operations, purchasing, accounting, and overall business management. Developed a custom point of sale system integrated with Magento eCommerce to handle sales, inventory, and order fulfillment. Engaged actively with the local community. Closed the business to focus on my technology career and Velocity Technologies. This venture was a fulfilling experience, but my primary passion remains in technology.

General PC service, repair and upgrades. Worked with sales and local businesses to configure hardware, software, networks and advised on consumer and business needs. Assisted insurance companies in computer hardware claims as well as assisted local and federal law enforcement with computer forensic investigation.

PC & Mac repair and upgrades. Carried the district to highest in customer satisfaction and revenue profitability. Worked with the region and district manager to streamline overall Best Buy technology processes for greatest customer satisfaction, performance and profitability.
