As part of the company's global focus, I attended Hannover Messe and various fairs around the world for many years and met distributors around the world. In 2006, I had the opportunity to produce OEM products with their own brand to one of the best companies in the UK. I was also importing PLC, AC Drive, HMI and Servo Drives from Taiwan and China. Innovation is the top priority at Sisel Engineering Inc. In 2004, the company started a joint work with one of the famous manufacturers in Taiwan. This company was entitled to the opportunity to have our brand badge on their inverters. My role was to support my colleagues in the technical department by providing solutions from the supplier for PLC, AC Drive, HMI and Servo Drives. I was organising purchase orders and ensuring stock control. From the beginning of import, material procurement, transport, insurance and customs clearance are under my control. I also translate all technical data sheets of PLCs, AC Drives, HMIs and Servo Drives. I present the imported products to our local distribution network and organise all fairs related to the entire product range. After graduating from university, I started working in Sisel's Sales department by chance. Although my major is "electrical engineering", I found the theory quite different from the practical application. During the 1 year I worked at Sisel, my duties were preparing proposals and providing technical service support to customers and dealing with their after-service problems. In the meantime, I worked on visiting customers, introducing, explaining and recommending all product groups such as AC Drives, HMI and Servo Drives that Sisel imports and sells together with its own products (industrial measurement control devices and PLC), creating solutions for customers and expanding our sales.Sisel Muh.-Elektr. San.ve Tic. A.Ş. is engaged in the production and trade of Industrial Automation Control Devices. The company has a dealer network of 29 distributors throughout Turkey. I worked as a distributor coordinator for 2 years. My main task was to provide training to users and distributors on all devices, prepare annual contracts and volumes, in the meantime, regularly visit distributor offices to listen to problems and demands and try to find solutions to the demands. I also organise events to motivate the distributors. For 2 years, another task of mine was to write articles for newspapers and magazines related to the sector in order to implement the 4Ps of marketing in the best way. I also prepare technical information for catalogues and brochures of products to provide direct support to our customers at the fairs we attend. I had different experiences in this department. However, I wanted to move to the Import & Export department to make a better progress in my career.
