-Completed a full analysis of the Policy Studies Consulting Program offered at Syracuse University - Maxwell School by conducting research using data collected from a digitized survey distributed to 200+ non-profit organizations in the CNY area-Analyzed data and created solutions to improve the Policy Studies curriculum-Presented logical solutions to the Director of the Policy Studies Program -Prepared and presented weekly deliverables to update the department on any and all progress made throughout the semester-Compiled all results into a Final Report

Worked as a server and bar tender for weddings, funerals, graduation parties, corporate events, anniversaries and more. -Organized and set up events for between 50-250 guests.-Maintained a friendly and professional manner while in a fast-pace environment

During the Public Policy capstone course, PAF 315, was assigned NEHDA to develop a research/data report of their need. Responsibilities included:-Created a life needs assessment survey for the members of the Hawley-Green community-Distributed ~1,000 surveys via email to current residents -Created a detailed analysis of the survey results through the use of coding and data tables in Excel-Presented findings, solutions, and conclusions to the NEHDA staff

Along with 17 other Teacher's Assistants, facilitated the Intro Course of the Public Policy major.-Manned a 10 person group of students, facilitating group discussions and exercises-Communicated with the course professor frequently to ensure smooth execution of lecture materials -Created and analyzed data from Module 5 (students reports/essays) and created solutions for the most frequently missed concepts and questions
