- Pyrolysis Project/ Oversaught & managed the commissioning and ramp up of the pyrolysis facility during its implementation. Conducted UPS during the commissioning to minimize failures and to increase efficiency. Conducted PIR to report on learnings.- Seoul Carbon Neutral Project / Person in charge of the Seoul Head Office Carbon Neutral project. Oversaught & managed the consultation & purchase of REC & carbon offsets, creation of the Qualification Explanatory Statement as well as various initiatives to achieve site carbon neutral- AWS Lead / Coordinated & managed the Sacheon Factory’s performance in preparation for, during, and after the Surveillance Audit 2 in 2024. Lead the discussions for the stakeholders consultations & documentation prep.- ESG Cooperation & MOU / Lead the discussions & coordinated the MOU between BATKM & Gyeongnam National University- Seoul Waste VSM / Lead the project to overhaul the way of working for Seoul HO’s waste management by implementing new equipment, coordinating with stakeholders & analyzing the way forward.- S Pillar Deputy/ Oversaught and managed the general goings-on in the S pillar, including but not limited to H&S, Climate Change management, Waste Management, and Natural Resources Management.- Project Separo/ Led the project in the automation of WM & cigs to enable recycling for waste FG- Sustainability Coordination/ acted as the SPOC for APMEA North region as the coordinator for esg reporting, management of data, and facilitation of meetings

- RCO Project/ Managed and executed the Rapid Change Over project to optimize change overs on the production floor, utilizing time study and the 4M approach- Machine Reject Visualization/ Developed and deployed the visualization for monitoring machine rejects on the factory floor utilizing LEDS data.
