I'm currently a senior business consultant for JMark Services Inc., a leading provider of innovative solutions to the U.S. intelligence and homeland security communities through consultation, research, education, and training programs at federal, state, and local levels. From 2006 to 2018, I served as JMark's executive vice president. During the past four decades, I've developed extensive experience, expertise, and leadership in the intelligence, security, higher education, and research and development arenas. An intelligence and security officer for more than 16 years, I served in Russia, China, the former Soviet republics, the former Yugoslav republics, West Africa, and Western Europe, as well as Washington, DC. I've also worked extensively in higher education for more than a decade, as special assistant to the President of the National Defense University and as executive officer to the President of Moravian College in Bethlehem, PA. Before coming to JMark Services, I directed proposal development and managed major contracts for another Colorado Springs small business. In that capacity, I administered a program to provide broad scientific and research support for a host of projects in 15 research centers and institutes at the U.S. Air Force Academy.

Established a security program with both training and equipment that provided effective protection for U.S. personnel and property in an underdeveloped nation with terrorist threat, high crime rates, and violent anti-American demonstrations.
