1- Plan, organize and coordinate the requirements of raw & packing materials,and consumables. 2- Assess the requirements of materials based on rolling plan, monthly sales budget and annual sales targets. 3- Demand Planning- evaluate objectively the demand given by Business Creation, information provided by customer support and historical trend to reduce demand variability. 4- Conduct Sales and Operation meetings to align supply to demand plan. 5- Communicate and be the focal point of dissemination of information regarding demand and supply to and from Conversion to BC and vice versa and to and from Demand Planning team in India. 6- Allocate incoming information requests from customers to the team, prioritizing action, monitoring team resource to meet SLA’s. 7- Provide feedback on the development at customer end. 8- Monitor slow moving inventory of finished product and convert them into values. 9- Advising on ways and ensure that the Purchase Orders / Order Confirmations received at are promptly scrutinized and acknowledged. 10- Ensuring all communications to the customers are given as per standard process.11- Providing guidance for error free documentations and the same reaches the required destination as per standard set. 12- Conceptualizing systems and ensuring that the following data is available on-line: i.Information on dispatches. ii. Information on Order Confirmation not adhering to the schedule, rework new schedule with respective regional offices. iii. Information on Material Requirement Planning as per agreed S&OP

1.Control the RM & FG inventories to ensure DOH target is achieved .2.Control production planning system that meets targets on customer service and manufacturing costs and ensures efficient shop floor scheduling.3.Measure and communicate progress against commercial objectives.4.Manage the relationships with third party contractors concerned with the transportation of finished goods and the freight forwarders.5.Establish and deliver cost reduction targets for logistics costs. 6.Lead a team of supply chain colleagues including their personal development, coaching, support and training.7.Control departmental expenses to beat plan expectations.8.Demonstrate a positive attitude to EHS policies and procedures and ensure active self involvement and also the supply chain team.9.Align own and team’s behaviour with COMPANY Values and Ethics. 10.Achieve customer satisfaction, through achieving the highest standards of delivery performance, also effective documentation and invoicing.11.Support the Supply Chain Manager acting as the focal point for all issues relating to customer orders, taking the lead as appropriate and exercising proactive management of the assigned accounts.12.Maintain a watching brief of FG inventory to ensure adequate provision in accordance with established agreements and to avoid unnecessary production runs.13.Liaise closely with all people / stages in the chain leading to the delivery of a customer order, taking responsibility for the order from the time of order placement to final delivery. 14.Raise, register and process invoices for sales orders. 15.Look for and follow up opportunities to cement and develop relationships with customers in all aspects of customer contact.16.Handle customer related issues with consultation with the Supply Chain Manager and assist with the process of sample/ new product development and dispatch, also organizing between quality and customers in terms of customer complaint

- Develop, maintain, and implement company's procedures as it relates to the MPC department. - Support company's certification efforts within MPC and related activities.- Develop and implement customer based demand management techniques to assure the forecasts are accurate and customer deliveries are met. - Utilize company's ERP environment for MPC.- Direct supervise production scheduling and lead in manufacturing resource planning.- Determine resources required and coordinate with procurement department to meet production schedule.- Establish inventory goals, turnover targets. - Track manufacturing performance. - Manage inventory level of finished goods, raw material, and other inventory items. - Interact with all phases of manufacturing and corporate personnel. - Implement corrective action plans to prevent re-occurrence of non-conformances.- Interaction with internal and external customers and suppliers. - Manage and control consignment warehouses. - May represent department/company on committees.- Manage special assignments by management

Material and consumables requirement planning according to production plan. - Follow up with purchasing department for supplying dates and quantities ensuring the least stock to enhance cash flow. - Follow up the logistics of materials to ensure right time delivery. - Follow up the suppliers’ evaluation done by the purchasing department to be sure that it is up-to-date.
