B2B KOMUNIKACE, PUBLIC + MEDIA REALATIONS, BRAND MANAGEMENT, INTERNÍ KOMUNIKACEVýzvou pro spolupráci s IBG Česko byl klíčový projekt největšího bateriového úložiště v ČR. V krátkém časovém období bylo třeba postavit nový web v novém moderním duchu, protože se v rámci spolupráce se Skupinou ČEZ očekávala zvýšená návštěvnost našich webových stránek. Nezbytnou součástí projektu byla komunikace s tiskovým oddělením ČEZ: přípravou podkladů pro tiskové výstupy, vytvoření 3D modelu bateriového úložiště, příprava boardu s 3D modelem a odbornými texty na tiskovou konferenci. V rámci slavnostního otevření bylo třeba zpracovat všechny mediální výstupy a dostat je do širšího povědomí napříč oborem a kontinuálního budování značky i po odeznění největšího mediálního zájmu. Součástí mé práce byla také interní komunikace a podpora prodejního týmu.

B2B COMMUNICATION, PUBLIC + MEDIA REALATIONS, BRAND + EVENT MANAGEMENT, INTERNAL COMMUNICATION AND HR MARKETINGAt the beginning of the cooperation with the DEIMOS was the family company with 33 employees. Now it is D2G industrial hodling with about 180 employees. The primary step was to create a marketing strategy to achieve business goals. The particular approaches were to clarify the CID company, creating a new website including graphics, video spots and 3D visualizations, as well as managing online channels: FB, YT, LI, Vimeo. The first major project was giving publicity to Franz Kafka Rotating Head. The task was engaged business partners and the professional public to attenttion. This project set up the marketing cooperation with Siemens, Kuka Robotics, Festo and others DEIMOS business partners. The acquisition of OK NAVY's tooling company was another milestone of my D2G working career. The company needed to set up new CID, launched HR marketing, and significantly improved B2B and internal communications. The joint result was to maintained the confidence and established the company under the new brand at key business partners – Continental, Hoerbiger, Johnson Control, Matador and others.The last major duty was the launch of the newly established D2G holding into the knowledge of DEIMOS clients and the industrial market. My task was to ensure PR communication: press conference, where DEIMOS, OK NAVY and KVELB (new acquisitions) have joined forces with GENESIS (investment fund) under the new D2G brand – Industrial Automation Holding Company.

INVESTOR, MEDIA + PUBLIC RELATIONS, PUBLISHING, EVENT MANAGEMENTI led a team of consultants and managed individual projects focused on corporate communication and brand support. I was responsible for the organization, timemanagement, budgets, contracts. I coordinated production issues. I negotiated with clients and suppliers at all stages of the project. I chose new vendors from graphic designers, translators, proofreaders and copywriters.I participated in the analysis of client needs, the basic concept of communication strategies for individual clients and their projects. I supervised the detailed elaboration of strategies and presentation at clients. On the basis of consensus, I was responsible for managing their implementation, continuous evaluation and reporting to clients. And of course proposed a motion to clients for their other marketing activities. I take a lead role in the design and creation of marketing strategies, concepts, philosophical ideas for individual projects allocated to my team.

INVESTOR RELATIONS, CORPORATE COMUNICATIONI devised proposals for marketing communication according the established strategy of investor/clients/media relations of our clients. I participated in presentation and implementaiton many of them efficiently. I was involved in creating marketing texts, stylizing texts of company magazines, annual reports, promotional brochures, leaflets and similar materials. On a daily basis, I communicated with clients and subcontractors. My responsibility was also to monitor agreed specifications, calculations and schedules – in case of disagreement, reporting to a senior consultant and introducing the satisfactory solution of the situation to the clients.
