- carry out daily operations tasks efficiently and work within area guidelines and company’s policies and procedures- send shipping advice to overseas stationsinterface with subcontractors- administer proper file opening/closing/checking and preparation for archiving- check shipping document- process documentation in Forwarder Systems- provide document for and monitor customs clearance and coordinate with related parties- follow up on delivery to customers until transit to second ship- Send the Pre-Alert to customer and receiving house- Following up with second leg carriers and delivery of cargo to destination.- report and feedback on irregularities, pre-claims, and problems to ocean freight manager- carry out approved proposed improvement/changes on procedures and systems - follow up on customer shipment advices and feedback to customer and overseas stations and make respective shipment arrangement- Work out quotations for existing customers and providing obtained market information to sales.- check and verify documents and update Track & Trace system.- work within quotation from M&S and overseas offices.- feedback pre-claim details and status to customers.- handle incident management and handles customers inquiries, complaints, claims follow up, verify credit terms and credit status, and coordinate with departments concerned on related issues.- verify and post incoming invoices- handles customers statistics and reports.- take up additional tasks as assigned

- Establish sale target for customers.- Visit customer to understand their preference/requirement.- Collect market intelligent & highlights OOCL's competitive edge.- Map customer's requirements with OOCL's service capabilities.- Prepare service proposal to customer.- Agree on service requirements and terms with customers.

- Search for target customers- Conduct sale activities- Make appointment with customers- Meet directly with clients- Introduce company products and services- Create sale and marketing strategy- Collect data about market situation- Handle leaflets, catalog, brochure, signboard and other Marketing material for customer need. - Generate daily market report for marketing manager.- Help organize dealer’s party seminar.

- Manage and control kindergarten students during school.- Teach basic skills for kindergarten students such as coloring, painting, drawing, number, letter and others.- Develop various extra class activities/ materials/ games/ arts for students to learn and entertain.- Daily control and observe both discipline and attitude of students.
