California Seismic is the first free comprehensive resource for the California Seismic Principles Exam. I lead website development, host a summer internship program, and produce the educational content.-Build responsive SPA using semantic HTML5, Javascript, ReactJS, CSS, and Tailwind based on Figma wireframes-Developed CI/CD solution for automatic deployment of changes to website from Github using Codepipeline and AWS CodeBuild-Set up hosting using Amazon Web Services including AWS Route53, S3 storage, and Cloudfront HTTPS distribution-Provide overall direction and development of 200+ practice problems, 400+ pages of lectures, 10+ youtube lectures-Lead summer software engineer and civil engineer interns by providing assignments, performing code reviews, and setting tasks using an Agile methodology with Trello Ticket system.

Collaborated with scientists, crafts, and facilities managers to design anchorage systems for specialized equipment. Structural subject matter expert for a new 70,000 sq ft research building under construction. Investigate damage to building structures and provide repair recommendations. Assist full cycle of construction projects including scopes of work, firm evaluation, calculation & drawing review.

Structural engineering designer for a new startup division. Performed calculations and Revit drawings for projects including auto dealerships, airport improvements, carwashes, healthcare, tenant improvements, hospital equipment. Established relationships with architects and other engineers to increase group presence. Assigned work to interns and provided mentorship. Wrote VBA and Dynamo scripts to transfer 3D building models between Revit and ETABS.

Performed structural engineering design of light frame wood construction. Projects ranged from new custom houses to additions and renovations. Analyzed existing unpermitted structures to determine compliance with current building code. Coordinated project deliveries with architects and contractors.

Coached several local high school marching band drumlines. Worked with a large variety of students with different skill levels and needs. Provided mentorship to broaden music comprehension, develop advanced techniques, and foster group unity.
