I`ve worked in different positions in Danske Bank Finland for over 32 years and as an employee representative in the European Works Council (EWC) Danske Bank Group from Finland since 2007. I have also wide network across the Nordics.Good working life is based on trust and understanding of others. Empathy, interaction, understanding, diversity, equality, cooperation and trust are important issues in the working communities. Throughout my career, spanning over 32 years, I´ve worked closely with the various actors in the workplaces.
