Led a development team for a Japanese online trading company to develop their next generation web applications. Also developed the authentication system using Java5, Java EE5 (Servlet), Tomcat7, My SQL5, and Eclipse. This system provides Restful APIs for other web applications. To automate development, used Maven, Jenkins, TDD, and BDD. Experimentally did continuous delivery using Jenkins, Capistrano, and Puppet.Installed Google Apps, Salesforce.com, and Gluegent Gate for client’s system, and helped their migration.Administrated Gluegent Gate development by managing tasks, issues, scope, release schedule, regular meeting among developers, directors, and managing staffs, and development environment.Developed the automatic boot up / shutdown system by using Ruby, Amazon API, and Jenkins for the development environment to reduce the running cost. After the development, managed to reduce 50% of running cost.Answered client questions, and inquiries of Google Apps, Salesforce.com, and Gluegent Gate.

Helped system management division of a regional bank to install a new work flow system. Although hitting the earth quake, finished project in time. Also managed electric power line installation, and system rack installation.Led a team to data ware house system installation project of Japanese city bank by making agreement for scope, and requirement.Did the technical support for the development, and infrastructure team using Java/JavaEE, WebSphere Application Server, Websphere MQ, and AIX.Managed to make system stable by applying patches, changing configuration, helping developers on fixing bugs. After spending 1 year, the system never crushed unexpectedly.Helped IBM technicians to upgrade Websphere Application Server 4 to 6 by planning, and architecting. This task finished very smoothly.Built and installed SCM to the project by using Linux, CVS, and Ant. Also developed an automatic build and deployment system using And, Bash, and Cron runs on AIX for the development environment.Developed an in house batch flame work using Java/JavaEE especially EJB, and JMS runs on WebSphere Application Server, and WebSphere MQ. Made the architecture of some components using UML.
