As Plant Manager, I was responsible for overseeing all aspects of plant operations, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). I managed key departments, led and monitored daily activities, optimized team efficiency, evaluated performance, and supervised research and development projects. My role was crucial in achieving plant targets and maintaining a high level of operational excellence.

This is the project of Indonesia One Health University Network to enhance the understanding of health inter-professional and ministry coordination in deciding a policy. There were several occasions I have been engaged, such as internal, trans-sectoral and coordination meetings. I had worked in a wide array of work from administrative tasks and other technical aspects, to more substantive, e.g. preparing meeting materials and developing a meeting summary. Moreover, I was fortunate to have opportunities to engage with Deputy through presentation and discussion despite his tight schedule.
