Client, work experience: Innovative Neurotronics - worked with a team of engineers to design, brand, package, produce and take to market; both primary offerings, a pediatric scaling of a third, and two ground-up designs for complimentary accessory offerings. Responsibilities ranged from Design and Engineering, to Project Management, Visual Design, Supplier Coordination and Quality Control Documentation. FlowBelow - Responsible for technical modeling, prototype development and early production processes, I helped develop an aftermarket semi-truck aerodynamic system consisting of wheel covers and side fairing. Now installed on over 100,000 trucks world wide, the system reduces fuel consumption by up to 2.25% and is on track to save 500mil gallons of fuel by 2030.Cooper Consulting - partnered with an Electrical Engineering firm to design and develop wearable devices for monitoring patients during clinical trials of operational equipment and adolescent bi-polar/ADD outburst. I was solely responsible for housing design and prototype production. Royal Seating (2011) - Next gen. replacement for the largest production school seating (desk+chair) design in North America. Took product through from development, prototyping, production validation, technical redesign and first article production. Make+Shift ATX (2010-2011) - Product Design and fabrication studio serving small start-ups and custom furniture producers Small Vineyards (2010)- One-off design/build patio awning, including; engineered anchor system, 'sail' design, supplier management and final installation.
