I have been in the Real Estate industry for over 25 years. I am extremely familiar with the Banking and Mortgage industry as well and can advise on refinancing, short sales, FHA, Conventional and many other financing options. Having helped thousands of clients achieve their home ownership goals, I am happy to say that I absolutely LOVE what I do. I started in the industry in 1995 working with apartment communities developing a marketing strategy to lease up their properties, as well as build and train their staff. In 1997 I was recruited by a mortgage company and started learning the many aspects of a Real Estate transaction. My consistent active practice in lending demands that I maintain an understanding of the challenging industry. Having that knowledge allows me to better serve my clients with answering questions and providing additional knowledge and understanding.
