QS & Procurement (ACMV & Secondary Power)Yoma Central Project (270,000m2) Responsibilitieso Final Account Submissiono Conduction of Material Inspections on site.o Checking project installation schedule by attending the project schedule.o Procurement of materials and equipment through Onshore and Offshore.o Negotiating and coordinating prices with the suppliers.o Overseas Factory Check.o MIC processing and submissiono Supervise subcontractor's works according to design, Specifications, drawings, codes &Regulations.o Check combined services drawings and coordinate with Electrical and ACMV Contractorso Check all Variation Orders, and verify Progress Claims submitted by subcontractors.o Check the discrepancies between onsite, contract drawings/contract specification requirements and approved shop drawings, Control all VOs, and Budgets.o Pick up quantities and take BQ based on shop drawings & Order materials according to approved shop drawings.o Submit weekly reports (Daily Work Activities) to the Project Manager.o Prepare a work schedule and follow-up schedule to purchase and monitor based on the M&E progress reported by the Construction section and submit a monthly progress report to the PM.o Make sure M&E materials and installation works are by specified specifications and consultant-approved drawings.

Electrical Engineer and Procurement (MEP) Projects : Port Project Responsibilitieso Material Submission for approval by the client's consultant. o Procuring the approved materials specified by the approved material submission. o FAT and SAT o Supervise subcontractor's works according to design, Specifications, drawings, codes & Regulations.o Check combined services drawings and coordinate with Electrical, Sprinkler, and Plumbing &Sanitary Contractors o Check the opening sizes and locations of M&E Services in CBP (Concrete Body Plan) after coordinating M&E Services in Archi Structure drawings. Coordination Issues are highlighted and discussed during the meeting. o Check all M&E Vos, and verify the M&E Progress Claim subcontractors submitted.o Check the discrepancies between onsite, contract drawings/contract specification requirements and approved shop drawings, Control all VOs, and Budgets.o Pick up quantities and take BQ based on shop drawings & Order materials according to approved shop drawings.o Attend daily site coordination meetings and highlight site issues to Contractors and sub-contractors.o Submit weekly reports (Daily Manpower, Work Activities), and Fortnight schedules to the Project Manager and present them in Client / Consultant meetings.o Make sure M&E installation works are by specified specifications and consultant-approved drawings.o Manage all submissions (shop drawings, Method statements, Material Catalogues, COC, Light Spec, Sanitary wares, Material physical samples) and inform the Project Manager. o Discuss technical information with the vendors to comply with the project specifications.

Projects : DKSH/ Mega / TPS Medical Cold Storage Warehouse and Electrical Inspections (Embassies)Project Type : Electrical System Control and Inspections Status: Project CompletedField of Work: System Control and Electrical & ELV SystemResponsibilities o Main Cable installation from the existing Generator to the Main Distribution Board.o Addressable Fire Alarm System and Designo System Control for the cold rooms. o Monthly checking of the functions of smoke detectors, heat detectors installed in the ducts and reflected beam detectors installed inside the warehouse.o Check changes from the original conditions, and verify the main contract and variations on the project running period.o Calibration of probe installed inside the cold room, monitor the temperature, pressure, and humidity via the controller and auto dialer in case of fault by the XWEB controller.o Installation of U/G cables.o 24-hour service member for the medical cold rooms.o Preparing the test sheets according to the results, and submitted to the owner, and then reporting to the accountant to invoice.o Electrical Inspections of the Embassy such as cable terminations, voltage regulation, lighting, power, generator, and ATS system.o Embassy Fence lights installation based on the photoelectric sensor.o Check phase sequence operation and Check RCD o Check others related to the electrical system.
