Quoc “Seine” Ly has over 20 years’ experience in IT with more than 17 years focused on eDiscovery, electronic crime forensic investigations, security incident response, and Information Governance. Seine is currently with SecurityScorecard - the leader in providing complete solution for 3rd-party Risk Management cybersecurity risks lifecycle. Prior to that, Seine was on a second tour with Guidance Software (now OpenText) with focus on EnCase product suite and cybersecurity, particularly Bricata Network Detection and Response (NDR).At Nuix, Seine is a Solutions Architect for the Commercial Sales team with expertise in digital forensics, Endpoint Detection and Response, eDiscovery, Cyber Security and Information Governance helping customers solving and mitigating data problems - big data problems.Prior to joining Nuix, Seine was leading the Investigations, eDiscovery and Data Protection efforts at Charles Schwab where he was instrumental in implementing and bringing complete eDiscovery life cycle in-house. While at Schwab, Seine performed and managed end-to-end hundreds of investigations and eDiscovery cases covering IP theft, malware and intrusions, policy violations, insider threats, corporate disputes and has served as an expert witness for arbitration. Seine applied the results of these investigations to the company's security, data loss prevention, information governance policies and as a result helped prevented billions of dollars in assets transfer or loss.Seine held technical positions during his first tour with Guidance Software where he provided technical solution to and helped train customers from various Fortune 500 corporations, partners, resellers and law enforcement agencies covering emerging markets across North America, UK, ASEAN and LATAM in digital forensics, eDiscovery as well as data governance techniques and methodology using EnCase software suite. He also served as a Solution Architect covering the aforementioned markets.
