Current๐๐ฒ๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐:โคLeading design and construction activities and projects cycle, from conceptualization to delivery till successful handover, driving the team and undertaking day-to-day delivery of all design management tasks, and developing the client design brief to suit the project's specific requirements.โคHandling local government approvals process, and administering design contracts, proactively managing and confirming the compliance of contractors/consultants to the contract terms and conditions.โคDeveloping project design documentation, producing design progress reports to suit relevant stages of the projects, and delivering design through gateways within the framework of risk, sustainability, and environmental considerations agreed at the business case/client brief stage while maintaining focus on time, cost, and quality.โคFormulating and implementing specific project management guidelines, policies, and procedures, including procurement methods, pre-qualified contractors, payments, health & safety, directing the full design management function, and managing design solutions to meet the client's expectations and budget.โคDeveloping and implementing value engineering principles and preparing ad-hoc management dashboards and reports for the project โ including progress, achievements, budget tracking, and variations.
