About Oskar Seitz

I am a passionate and market orientated food developer, with a special interest in sustainable, healthy and vegan products. During my studies of Food Science (and half a year of Marketing) I developed vegan products for Müller Milch GmbH and Pläin GmbH, and got rewarded in several development contests. My semester as a visiting researcher at the Penn State University allowed me to extend my knowledge about healthy nutrition, which I could then apply at my half-year academic stay at the Universitat de Barcelona, Spain.
