I develop curriculum to supplement venture capital lessons in relation to product feature enhancements to prepare members to work with local startups and apply concepts in projects.

I conducted user testing of the Zello push-to-talk communication application in iOS, Android and Desktop to investigate user experience and provide feedback on the user interface design. I prioritized the key features in the product offering in order of impact on customers converting to the paid Zello work trials. I then documented the differences in functionalities across the three platforms for internal use.In addition, I identified areas of improvement for the management console settings which was the heart of the Zello app and I created GitHub tickets for the engineers to implement my suggestions.I evaluated hackathon pitches regarding ideas of innovative projects to pursue the following quarter.

I conducted billing processes to verify reports for clients and cross-reference for accuracy. I navigated the online portal to update cost basis disposal methods for profiles after evaluating tax lots. In addition, I categorized securities in Excel to organize information and facilitate trade transactions and designed infographics to educate new clients about the benefits of the online portal. I conducted research on crucial statistics for mutual funds and ETFs and digitized financial statements which eliminated the additional fees and allowed clients to increase their ROI.

I contributed to Value Stream Mapping for business improvement. Representatives from each team collaborated on the framework analysis to identify and alleviate pain points by brainstorming solutions. The 6 target indicators were in the process of implementation by the end of my internship.

Q2 is a fintech company that provides customized bundled banking solutions to clients. I facilitated cross-departmental meetings with product owners, release managers and developers to gather information about the current release process for each micro-service. I created 27 flowcharts to depict the process flows for 43 fintech products, and by the end I streamlined and standardized them down to 5 flowcharts. I updated 19 Confluence documents for alignment and iteratively checked in with each party to ensure that user requirements are met. My goal was to make sure that new features are released within the monthly deployment schedule by utilizing project management tools like JIRA.

Music Production & Publishing LLCI have released an EP, three original singles and two music videos. I offer music technology consulting services. For example, I was hired to compose the theme song for the show "Best Seat in Town" regarding local tourism in the Austin area. I was also requested to host a podcast host for City of Austin.

I work with students of various ages to customize lesson plans based on their individual needs. I enjoy teaching Spanish, Calculus, and Chemistry. I create invoices and manage my own finances and taxes.

Non-profit organization advocating for young girls in STEMI worked with four experts to gather more information about the gender gap in mathematics.I conducted research using data analysis for the gender disparity in enrollment of girls vs. boys in TAG Math classes.
