I have been instrumental in helping companies tap into new markets & grow business sustainably in all of these roles.-As a Trainer & CoachI was pivotal in driving change management to establish the consultative selling mindset in the sales force. I am credited with delivering the most impactful training sessions in my organisation on various aspects of direct selling & sales management. I have personally been responsible for succesful induction & training of more than 300 employees.-As a Sales LeaderI put all my theory from L&D to practice in this challenging role to successfully grow the revenues by more than 40% year on year & winning a few internal awards in the process.-As a business LeaderPerhaps the most challenging assignment of my career was to establish & grow a new business vertical which involved a total paradigm shift in the way our Sales force thought & worked.
