Performing Finance Manager's roles in all the financial area, budget, tax, various projects.Financial area- Stabilization of accounting team organization : - Leading monthly/yearly closing of 3 entities (Danfoss, Danfoss power solutions, Sondex) - 2 times merger : preparation of all the financial data for migration to SAP - Taking 2 times internal audit as a financial representativeBudget & forecast- Yearly budget preparation - Monthly analysis on variance between actual and forecast for P&L, regional reporting- Reporting monthly cash forecast and variance analysis to Corp.Tax- Leading yearly Corp. tax filing with CPA for NTS reporting- Preparation of Corp. tax adjustment reporting to Corp tax within tighten deadline- Yearly preparation of TPD with Group tax team - Taking tax audit from NTSProjects- SOD - SOX - One ERP : Global project to integrate several servers using SAP R3 to SAP HANA working as Korea finance representative for 1 year

- Weekly analysis on sales and reporting to General Manager.- Monthly analysis on variance between actual and forecast for P&L, reporting to regional office.- Yearly budgeting for sales, COGS, and SG&A- Leading monthly closing - Preparation of monthly TB(trial balance) review call with the regional office.- Preparation of BS schedule and analysis on BS flux.- Analysis and providing the reason for variance between actual and forecast.- Yearly closing financial books and taking external audit from Deloitte.- Quarterly tax reporting to regional office.- Yearly tax adjustment (Deferred tax, Corporate tax filing with PWC)- Setting up reconciliation of VAT filing which is specified in Korea retail business.- Taking 2 times internal audit from Corporate.- Preparation of SOX documentation- Leading external audit- SAP implementation : Testing all the test script for OPC, PTP, and GL including controlling ledger.

Responsible for the Intertek Group’s OCA Divisional Finance - Maintain accounting and controlling system per GAAP, local statutory requirements and Group Accounting and Administration Procedures and Policy.- Work with business stream managers to make business environment to be adherent to company compliance policy.- Control for the divisional financial targets, and report to Country Division Manager and Country Finance Director for actual results and future forecasts when necessary.- Control, review capital investment requests from local - Review and approve all staff expense claims, purchase orders and payment of account payable.- Prepare financial commentary for monthly reporting to Regional Finance Director and Country Divisional Manager - Review and approve the Credit Notes and Bad Debt Written Off Request - Internal and external audit

Account Receivables- Customer’s credit term and limit appraisal and request approvals to regional office- DSO managementAccount Payables- Review/posting on general expense vouchers and staff expense vouchers- Monthly analysis on BS Accounts schedule to reconcile all Asset/liability accounts- Supervise junior staff, handle the cash and bank accounts, keep the accounting records timely and accurately.- Quarterly VAT filing- Intercompany balance reconciliation- Cash management: Cash flow planning and bank reconciliation- Inventory management: Inventory turnover ratio calculation, obsolete inventory cost management.- Preparation for Internal audit from regional internal auditor and yearly external audit from PWC.- SAP implementation member in Grace Korea Inc.- SOX preparation and documentation of flowchart for all the working procedure to meet HQ(USA) requirement for internal control system- Participated in 6 Sigma yellow belt training.
