Roles & Responsibilities:● Experienced in Configuring and troubleshooting of MS Outlook-2003/2007, 2010, 2013 and Lotus notesmail clients● Experienced in providing excellent tech support for Windows 2003,2008 and 2012 Servers● Installing and configuring Symantec management server● Installing and configuring Microsoft office 365 products● Configuring DHCP & DNS Server● Disk Administration (software raid, Mirroring) dynamic volume and basic disk concepts● Domain controllers & Active Directory Concepts● NTFS Security, File & folder level Security Concepts● Monitoring system performance using task manager & performance monitor utility.● Installing and Configuring VM based on user requirements and Lab servers.● Support Single Sign-On using Active Directory Federation Services with Multifactor Authentication.● Schedules and perform VMware installations, patching and upgrades and maintains them in accordance with established client’s SLA and procedures.● Analyzing the Event Logs and taking necessary Remedies.● Review server audit logs for inappropriate uses; reviews server security configurations for questionable or inappropriate. ● Basic troubleshooting and escalation of DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi, VPN and other network printer issues.
