Current- Supporting the hiring process, including sourcing, approaching potential candidates, conducting initial interviews, and scheduling interviews for users and candidates through linkedin and hiring email for intern, freelance, contract, and permanent position (Intern-Jr-Mid-Sr. Account Executive, Account Manager, Sr. Account Manager, Account Director, Backend Developer, Mid-Sr. Ul Designer, Mid-Sr. Art Director, Graphic Designer, Copywriter, Jr-Mid-Sr. Copywriter, CGH, Creative Director, Head of Digital and Design, Jr-Mid-Sr. Strategic Planner, Planning Manager.- Performing various administrative tasks related to HR needs such as building talent pool and adjusting hiring pipeline.- Finding new vendors for HR, internal events, or external event needs and maintaining vendor relationships. - Managing end-to-end internal events and external events.- Generating event ideation for all HR events and creating awareness among employees to enhance their understanding of the company's values.
