(English follows)1996年４月 日本流通システム株式会社（現 インフォテック株式会社）入社【職務内容】プログラマー（埼玉県内の市町村行政システムなど）として約３年間担当。その後、運用サポート部門に異動し、東京海上の保険販売システム導入サポート、ヘルプデスクを２年間担当。最後に、複数のシステム開発を、プロジェクトマネージャーとして約５年間担当。2006年10月 インフォテック株式会社 退職2006年10月 マイクロソフト株式会社（現 日本マイクロソフト株式会社）入社【職務内容】一貫して法人営業部門のプリセールスエンジニアとして約13年間従事。日本に本社を置く大手製造業の顧客（のべ６社）を、それぞれ１～５年担当。顧客企業の生産性向上やデジタルトランスフォーメーションによる事業改革のほか、IT以外の観点（人事制度、人材育成、AIの倫理検討など）でも様々な提案を行う。2020年01月 日本マイクロソフト株式会社 退職2020年08月 社会福祉法人 熊谷福祉の里 入社【職務内容】将来の起業も見据え、高齢者の生活や考え方・感じ方を知るため、訪問介護ヘルパーとして勤務2023年09月 社会福祉法人 熊谷福祉の里 退職2023年10月 コムチュア株式会社 入社、ソリューション構築、営業、現場支援などで幅広く活動Apr, 1996, joined Nihon Ryutsu System Co.,Ltd (Infotec Inc.).I develeped municipal IT system as a programmer for 3 years. Then, I transfered to a support division and was in charge of implementing sales system of Tokio Marine & Nichido Fire Insurance Co., Ltd and its helpdesk for 2 years. Finally, I led multiple IT development projects as a project manager for 5 years in total.Oct, 2006, joined Microsoft Japan K.K.I worked as an enterprise pre-sales engineer for 13 years. I was in charge of totally 6 manufacturing companies which headquatered companies in Japan for 1 to 5 years respectively. I expanded Microsoft license sales and customers' cloud services usage by supporting to improve their productivity and business restructure leveraging DX technologies as well as non-IT support (HR management, HR development, AI ethics discussion, etc.).Aug, 2020, joined Kumagaya Fukushinosato SWCI worked as a home helper with an eye to start a business in the future, visiting general households and care facilities to learn about the life of the elderly as well as their perception and ways of thinking.Oct, 2023, joind Comture Corp.I work as a multitasker like a solution designer, sales person and tech/project manager of on-going projects.
