CurrentManagement Experience:- Served as CEO, successfully growing company from 1 person to 20 person worldwide production team with revenue <1m- Secured clients interested in photogrammetry and 3D scanning content for their libraries and user base.- Positioned the company as more than an outsourcing team, but as a critical part of clients' production and an extension of their team, providing technical advice and guidance resulting in long-term partnerships and repeat business.- Built, trained, and funded large team of external photographers for bespoke content acquisition and 3d scanning from key biomes around the world.Technical Experience:- Complete end-to-end photogrammetry and 3d scanning specialization for large-scale, mass production.- Developed and maintained Matterfield Agent, a RESTful API written in ASP.Net Core, which serves as the backbone of Matterfield's production, processing, and delivery of 3d scan and photogrammetry content via deployment to a render farm of PCs on-site.- Utilized Airtable for asset metadata and production management. Automation tasks, external outsourcing management, project tracking. Integrations with Matterfield Agent.- Amazon AWS S3 content storage management, C# API- Javascript for online scripting (Airtable). Python for computer vision and image processing (Numpy, Rawpy, ScikitLearn)- Developed a C# Reality Capture API rolled into Matterfield Agent to fully automate and script photogrammetry and 3d scan processing. - Wrote QA and content tools in Unity for internal and external teams to quickly review content and provide feedback.
