Team Lead Recruitment / Accounts Manager
Current• Provide expertise in IT Recruitment and Team Management. Serve as the recruiting expert for all recruitment efforts. Manage a team of recruiters through coaching and mentoring development.• Provide direct innovative sourcing opportunities through specialized programs and targeted channels.• Provide resource management, training and mentoring.• Manage a team of IT recruiters to facilitate smooth flow of the IT recruiting process.• Produce a strategy for every client/ service offering and review it periodically.• Train recruiting staff in identifying hidden talent using emerging methods and tools.• Identify and partner with new prime vendors and implementation partners that support company’s niche skill needs and yield best possible margins• Develop and implement metrics, accountability and performance plans• Responsible for all recruitment processes, to manage & train team members, establishing metrics, and developing recruitment strategies for various clients.• Review resumes making sure they adhere with the requirements.• Gathering and reviewing reports regularly• Conduct meetings with the team to track and discuss progress.• Reporting the recruiting metrics of the team.
