Established the quality Unit team composed of representatives from each department in the hospital; Re-innovated the hospital’s Neonatal Intensive Care Unit;Trained midwives and paediatrics nurses on RMNCH+N care; Successfully led a quality improvement project that reduce the Neonatal Mortality Rate of the Hospital from ten to two per month
