I am a Swedish-Turkish scholar specializing in the digital world's impact on consumers and businesses. I hold a tenured position as Docent (Reader/Associate Professor) at Linnaeus University (Sweden) and serve as an advisor at the University of Vienna (Austria) and a network professor at Sabancı Business School (Turkey). I earned my PhD in Management Engineering and hold docent titles in Marketing (Turkey) and Business Administration (Sweden). Additionally, I have been recognized as qualified for the rank of full professor in Germany and Denmark, and received full professor titles in New Media and Marketing in Turkey and France.My international teaching and research career spans Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Portugal, the UK, and the USA, providing diverse global perspectives. I have developed and taught more than 90 courses, including Robots in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Marketing Strategy, and Research Methods, across PhD, graduate, undergraduate, and lifelong learning levels. As a member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council, I contribute to discussions on shaping the future of business.With over 120 peer-reviewed publications, my research focuses on digital experiences, service innovation, sustainability, and gender studies. My work has been featured in leading journals like Studies in Higher Education, Journal of Research in Interactive Marketing, Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services, Humanities and Social Sciences Communications, and Behaviour & Information Technology. I also contribute to the academic community as an editor and reviewer, and I serve on the Advisory Board for the Department of Business Administration at Bahçeşehir University.Beyond academia, I bridge theory and practice by providing consultancy and mentorship to businesses. I guide companies and startups through digital marketing, social media analytics, and service robot integration, helping them achieve sustainable success.
