- Leading the teams which are providing operational guidance, rate quotes, marketing information and strategy for special cargo- Developing relationships with existing customers in this segment as well as on-boarding new customers to Hapag Lloyd .- Coordination and management of product development special cargo projects. - Planning and realization of all marketing and sales activities in coordination with relevant departments- Evaluation and detailed analysis of new customer opportunities.- Evaluation of customer-based researches and following up of industrial developments.- Development, implementation and reporting of sales/marketing strategies for the regional organization- Following up and reporting the products, sales/marketing strategies and prices of the competitors in the sector

- Managing and growing own special cargo portfolio of customers and opportunities.- Directly dealing with customer in face to face appointment to develop, secure and maintain most profitable business.- Conducting account planning and derive an account strategy including an action plan to develop customers/opportunities.- Participating in weekly sales meetings to review past sales activities and align activities for the future.

- Preparing weekly, monthly and annual reports based on overdue report , - Getting in touch with customers to review payment performance and arranging meetings Sales Team as per weekly schedule.
