Working in Graduate School of Decision Science department. Main responsibilities are developing tools and library for cleaning, aggregating and analyzing high frequency data. Mostly Trade and Quote data from stock exchanges like NYSE. TAQ data from NYSE or Wharton Research Data Services are using as an input. Developing in python language, using numpy and pandas libraries.

• Designed and developed a microservice-based system for building a service company based in Konstanz. The technology stack included Vue, Nativescript, JavaEE application on Wildfly, and Camunda BPM framework.• Developed and maintained large-scale and secure network applications and mobile applications for a logistic company based in Hannover. Our development based on AxonIvy Framework which is Java EE based Business Process Management framework. The technology stack was, JSF(PrimeFaces), JPA/Hibernate, and MYSQL. Mobile application based on android with java.• Successfully migrated AxonIvy based project across data centers and successfully completed the handover project to customer.

• Worked with Netcracker Company (NEC subsidiary company) to integrate and customize Netcracker's ADR NIM solutions to Turkcell. Aim of the project is provide automation of network discovery and reconciliation and central network inventory for Turkcell.• Managed Phase II test process as Test Lead, including stress volume, smoke, and regression tests.Managed UserAcceptance Tests, responsible for review and approve test cases.• Participate in documentation of LLD (Low Level Design), HLD (High Level Design), SoW (Statement of Work), RFP (Request for Proposal), RFI (Request for Information).• Responsible for analyze as-is network infrastructure of Turkcell and according to infrastructure modelling Netcracker products and framework, customizing product behaviors regarding customer needs and demands.• Conveying solutions, algorithms and business flows/rules to software developers.• Managed merge process of 2G/3G network IP pools/addresses to Netcracker IPAM (IP Address Manager) tool.• Developed necessary tools and scripts for merge operation.

Tan and TiTan projects• Developed two OSS projects for Turkcell. TAN is a Network Element configuration inspection and control tool. TiTAN is statistics processing tool, gathering Turkcell Mobile Backbone Network data.• For both two projects developed in Java environment. Hibernate and Spring technologies are used.• For Web services, SOAP technology is used, and data gathered from 5520 SAM NBI. (5520 is AlcatelLucent's Network Management Service). Jax-ws and apache axis2 is used for web service implementation.• JSP and spring-web used for web applications.ADR-NIM project Phase I&IIADR-NIM (Auto discovery and reconciliation - Network inventory management) project developed for Turk Telekom, one of the biggest Internet and GSM Service Provider in Turkey. This software system discovers IP/MPLS network (Phase I) and transmission network (Phase II) and physical, logical and service entities of these networks in Turk Telekom infrastructure, reconciles with Network Inventory Management. Nakina Framework is used from Nakina Systems.Project won "2013 COMET Innovative Collaborations Award"• Developed adapters for gathering data from relevant NBI's and/or directly from devices with SNMP,TL1,Corba protocols or with CLI.• Developed CORBA based framework for Nakina systems.• Developed middleware system in phase II, for applying ETL-based approach in project.• Responsible for specify customer requirements and analysis for development teams.• Responsible for finding solutions for integrations for both Turk Telekom external systems and Turk Telekom network infrastructure.• Java Enterprise technologies and Nakina framework are used in project.• Worked with agile methodology. Scrum based sprints used.

N2510 ProjectN2510 is a software for analyze and readjustment xDSL subscribers. Project developed for Turk Telekom. With this project quality in dsl enhanced, subscribers get more reliable and fast internet connection via dsl technology.• Developed N2510 Web Interface for reporting and monitoring N2510 system by using JSF• Administration of N2510 system. Responsible for upgrading, monitoring and maintenance of system.• Developed scripts automatize tasks for N2510 and support the system work flows.• Responsible for enhancement on N2510 product, with collaboration of Huawei Shenzhen R&D centre.NGN Web Reporting ProjectThis project developed for tracking Soft Switches logs and statistics. Project designed and implemented for Turk Telekom.• Developed Web Reporting module with JSF• Developed module for getting data from M2000 and process. (NMS for NGN Network)• Developed pl/sql scripts and functions for project.
