- Contact point between Business and IT Teams on issues/requests for BISTECH(Nasdaq Genium). Delegation of incident tickets to developers and QAs and make sure that incidents/change requests are deployed into production smoothly. - Report and follow up of issues that Borsa Istanbul requests from Nasdaq. - Communication with Nasdaq TAMs in case of major production incidence.
